(In case of heavy rain, make-up sessions will be held the following week.)
What We Provide:
To make your experience seamless, we provide Nordic Walking poles professionally fitted for your use during class. You’ll enjoy personalized instruction in a small, friendly group (maximum of 10 participants).
How to Prepare:
Please dress for the weather in comfortable layers. We recommend bringing a small backpack to keep your hands free; it’s a great place to tuck away water, snacks, sun protection, and insect repellent.
Class Accessibility:
To ensure a safe and steady pace for the group, participants should be able to walk unassisted at a moderate pace for about one mile. If you have different movement needs, please free to reach out! Nordic walking is highly adaptable, and I am happy to schedule a private lesson to ensure you can enjoy this activity at a pace that feels right for you.
Note: Please be aware there are no restroom facilities at this trail location.
